Lee Wort went closest to breaking the deadlock in the first half with a low shot that thumped back off the woodwork.

A last-minute Scott Donnelly goal earned the Hawks a precious point in a 1-1 draw at Whitehawk.

The relegation-battling Hawks looked like heading to another away defeat when Donnelly fired home after Shamir Mullings headed the ball on.

Earlier, a defensive mix up between Josh Hill and goalkeeper Ryan Young had gifted the home side the lead.

The point wasn’t enough to lift Lee Bradbury’s team out of the bottom three.
