Jim Fallon is hoping a change of management will return the passion to Westleigh Park.

The Hawks sacked boss Stuart Ritchie and Barry Blankley yesterday.

A crushing home defeat at the hands of Weston-super-Mare on Tuesday night capped a disappointing run which has seen them win once in 10 matches.

And it proved the final straw for the Hawks board, who moved swiftly to dimiss the pair.

Vice-chairman Fallon claimed: ‘There is no shape, no bite, no commitment and no passion at the moment.

‘We couldn’t let it go on.’
