The Hawks cruised into the fourth round of the Hampshire Senior Cup last night.

Shaun Gale’s men ran out 2-0 winners at Blackfield & Langley.

Scott Jones scored twice in the first half to put the tie to bed before Blackfield’s Joe Bye and Hawks’ Chris Holland were both sent off.

The Hawks join AFC Portchester and Moneyfields in the hat for the fourth round.

Portchester beat visitors Ringwood 5-1 at Wicor Rec.

Two Zac MacGregor goals and one from Jay Ripiner set them on their way to victory in the first half.

And Moneyfields won 4-2 at Alton courtesy of a Steve Hutchings brace and one each from Jake Slater and Jamie Hore.

Fareham Town, however, were dumped out of the competition by AFC Totton.

The Reds went down 4-1 at Cams Alders.

Matt Burt got the consolation goal.

Meanwhile, in Ryman League division one south, Bognor beat Faversham 2-0 thanks to goals from Jason Prior and Ben Johnson.
