The Hawks set up an FA Trophy semi-final double-header with neighbours Gosport Borough after they thumped 10-man Aldershot 4-1 tonight.

Second-half goals from Dennis Oli, Nigel Atangana, Nic Ciardini and Nic Przespolewski handed Lee Bradbury’s side a memorable victory at Westleigh Park and got fans dreaming of a mouthwatering last-four clash with their Skrill South rivals.

The two semi-finals will be played on Saturday, February 15 and 22, with the Hawks at home in the first leg.

Meanwhile, Borough added to their quarter-final win at North Ferriby United with a 2-2 draw with play-off-chasing Sutton United at Privett Park.

Sammy Igoe and Mike Gosney fired Alex Pike’s side into a 2-0 lead.

However, their advantage was reduced on the stroke of half-time by Stuart Downer, before former Hawks striker Jamie Slabber equalised midway through the second half.
