Super-sub Nathan Paxton scored twice as Horndean beat Gosport Borough 3-2 to move into the semi-finals of the Portsmouth Senior Cup.

Pete Castle made it 1-0 to visitors Gosport but Aaron Fennemore equalised.

Paxton then put Horndean 3-1 up with two goals before Ian Jones cut the deficit.

Moneyfields beat Brockenhurst 2-0 at Dover Road in the Russell-Cotes Cup. Warren Hunt and George Gregory got the goals.

Hayling drew 4-4 in the Wessex premier division with Laverstock & Ford and Bognor drew 1-1 at Ramsgate in Rymanone south.
