Bognor expect another tricky test as they put their away unbeaten league run on the line at Kingstonian tomorrow.
Jamie Howell and Darin Killpartrick’s side have yet to lose a Ryman premier game away from home and that – plus an improvement in home form – has seen them soar to fourth place.
But Howell reckons their hosts tomorrow are in a false position and will test his troops who are not getting carried away over their lofty perch.
‘We won’t get carried away by a good run of results any more than we will get downbeat about a run of bad results if it comes along.
‘Take the game at Kingstonian.
‘Some people might look at the table and think we’re favourites but we know it will be a very difficult game.
‘They’ve had an up-and-down season so far but there are signs of improvement.’
Bognor skipper Ben Andrews is a couple of weeks from fitness after a knee injury.
Steve Harper’s hamstring is playing up and Harvey Whyte (thigh) is out.
