Young striker Ollie Palmer scored a brace as the Hawks fought back from two goals down to beat Dorchester Town 4-2 this evening.

Sammy Igoe and Ryan Woodford were also on target for Shaun Gale’s side in the Blue Square South clash at Westleigh Park.

Elsewhere, Fareham Town needed extra-time to book their place in the next round of the Russell Cotes Cup.

Aiden Trevaskis, Rob Tambling and Mike Dark were the Reds’ scorers in a 3-2 victory over Winchester Castle.

No such luck for struggling Hayling United though, who suffered a 3-1 defeat to University of Portsmouth in the Portsmouth Senior Cup.
