Alex Pike is weighing up the prospect of sending some of his Gosport Borough fringe players out on loan to keep them sharp.
Borough are without a fixture this weekend and are next in action when they host leaders Eastleigh on Tuesday.
Paul Hinshelwood and Ellis Martin have seen their opportunities restricted and not made the squad in recent weeks, while Jack Barton and Justin Bennett have had to make do with places on the bench.
Pike is concerned that some of his squad are not getting enough regular football and will assess who he will allow out over the course of the weekend.
He said: ‘We’ll sit down and discuss it. There’s no point in having lads sat in the stand every week.
‘If I can’t offer them the football that someone else can and they want to go, then so be it. It works in both parties’ favour.
‘At the moment, every player is part of my plans. Paul missed a game recently and I kept faith with the squad that won the following week. We’ll talk it over and take it from there.’
