TJ Cuthbertson’s headed back pass was woefully short, allowing Billy Bricknellto nip in and place his shot past Rice. Shamir Mullings laid a pass into the path of Bagasan Graham, who drove his low shot past Rice from the left side of the area.

Further flimsy defending saw the Clarets stretch their lead further.

Robbie Wilmott skipped past three weak tackles to cross for Mullings, who laid it off for Josh Rees to hammer home.

Almost immediately, Mullings lashed home a 25-yard shot.

On 73 minutes Sam Pearce headed a Wilmott cross into his own net to pile on the misery for Borough.
