Luke Nightingale scored his 100th Bognor goal to help the Ryman League division one south leaders to a 2-0 win over 10-man Faversham Town at Nyewood Lane.

Jason Prior put the Rocks ahead in the 16th minute from the penalty spot after Ben Johnson’s run into the area was halted by a foul.

Prior drove his spot-kick low into the bottom corner and beyond the despairing dive of goalkeeper Smon Overland.

Faversham were reduced to 10 men on 37 minutes when Dane Luchford upset the referee and was shown a straight red card for dissent.

Nightingale made sure of the points on 70 minutes with a looping header from a Kane Wills cross.
