Nadir Ciftci is set to complete a move to Turkish outfit Kayserispor.
The 19-year-old turned down a new contract to stay with Pompey despite bursting into the first team early this season.
While Turkish giants Fenerbahce were believed to be tracking him, a contract offer didn’t materialise and Kayserispor – who finished sixth in the Turkish Super Lig this season – stepped in.
Pompey will receive a transfer compensation payment, expected to be near the £100,000 mark.
Meanwhile, two local youngsters have been offered first-year professional forms – defender Lewis Tallack and midfielder Lewis Stockford.
