DISGRACED radio presenters Andy Gray and Richard Keys could face a contempt of court charge after joking about former Pompey boss Harry Redknapp’s tax evasion trial.

A spokesman for Attorney General Dominic Grieve confirmed he is considering action against Gray and Keys – who left jobs at Sky Sports after making sexist comments – and the Talksport radio station.

If convicted of the offence, the pair could face up to two years in prison or an unlimited fine.

Redknapp is accused of avoiding £183,000 of tax, along with former Portsmouth chairman Milan Mandaric.

They face a two-week trial at London’s Southwark Crown Court in January.

Both have denied any wrongdoing.
