Gareth Evans was named Pompey’s man of the match during the Blues’ 2-1 win over Northampton yesterday.

The midfielder cancelled out Ryan Cresswell’s opener with his fifth goal of the season and put a shift in for Paul Cook’s side as they defeated the league leaders.
