Lucy Quinn and Ini Umotong both scored twice as Pompey Ladies powered to a 4-0 win against Spurs.

Perry Northeast’s Blues produced a superb display to net a very important away success.

Victory ensured they climbed above Spurs into fifth position.

It also means Pompey keep the pressure on the top four teams - Brighton, Cardiff, Charlton and Coventry.

Quinn scored the first two goals for the Blues.

Goalkeeper Courtney Trodd saved a penalty to keep the team in charge.

Umotong then made it 3-0 before half-time.

The Nigerian striker added her second to wrap up the scoring in the second half.
