LEAGUE TWO clubs are continuing their summer rebuilding work apace.

Pompey’s play-off victors, Plymouth, are coming to terms with losing attacking talent Gregg Wylde.

He has decided to depart Home Park for League One Millwall.

But Argyle, who had their entire squad out of contract, have now recruited six players since losing to AFC Wimbledon at Wembley.

The latest arrival is Jordan Slew, with the striker arriving from Chesterfield.

Slew is joined by wide man Ryan Donaldson from Cambridge, midfielder Connor Smith (AFC Wimbledon) and defenders Yann Songo’o (Blackburn), Karleigh Osbourne (Bristol City) and Garry Miller (Partick Thistle).

Adams has also lost defender Peter Hartley to Bristol Rovers this month.

It’s also been a busy period for last season’s promotion rivals Accrington Stanley.

John Coleman has taken five players to the Crown Ground over the past 10 days as he looks to build on last season’s play-off finish.

Two of those men have been goalkeepers in Aaron Chapman (Chesterfield) and Elliot Parish (Colchester).

They are joined by Carlisle midfielder Bastien Hery, defender Omar Beckles (Aldershot) and left-back Frazer Shaw (Leyton Orient).

Newport County have been the busiest team in the transfer market this summer.

Warren Feeney has now signed nine players in a frenetic period.

Former Pompey man Jack Compton is among those new faces, after departing from Yeovil.

Sean Rigg, Jazzi Barnum-Bobb, Jamie Turley, Scot Bennett, Mark Randall, Joss Labadie, Jennison Myrie-Williams and James Bittner have all also been recruited.

Ashley Chambers has joined Grimsby from Dagenham & Redbridge, with defender Dan Jones going to Blundell Park.

The Mariners have made six summer signings – Danny Andrews, Sean McAllister, Zak Mills and Rhys Browne being the others.

Brighton keeper Christian Walton has moved to Luton on loan. He follows Danny Hylton, Jonny Mullins and Alan Sheehan as the Hatters’ summer signings.

Former Pompey loanee John Marquis has bolstered Doncaster’s striking options.

Padraig Amond (Grimsby), Alex Rodman and ex-Blue Richard Duffy (both Notts County)Pat Hoban (Mansfield) and Mitchell Beeney (Crawley) are others joining League Two clubs.
