Pompey are set to extend their training ground in time for next season.

The club have completed a lease to acquire land alongside their current training ground in Hilsea.

That will see two full-size pitches added to their current facilities - which will home Pompey’s Academy.

The plan is for the pitches to be ready in time for the new campaign.

It’s the work of Pompey’s fans, and their incredible fund-raising efforts, which has funded the development.

Blues followers raised £270,000 through the Tifosy scheme, to help put the project in place.
