Pompey to face Championship side in pre-season

Paul Cook’s men will travel to the Cardiff City Stadium on Friday, July 28 (7pm kick-off).

It will be the fifth time the Blues have faced the Bluebirds since the FA Cup final victory in 2008.

Cook’s side are scheduled for visits to Portugal and Ireland to gear up for the new campaign in League One.

Pompey this afternoon also announced they will travel to Salisbury on Saturday, July 1 (3pm).
