HUNGARIAN-born Roman Dubov is a friend of Vladimir Antonov.

The 36-year-old, who has a background in sports management, lives in London.

He is a co-founder of Convers Sports Initiative (CSI) which is partnered with Workforce Bank (WFB), of which he is a director.

The bank, which is based above a shop in Enfield, North London, represents ‘three Russian banks and a Lithuanian bank’ and promotes their interests in the UK.

WFB is involved in bringing Russian capital to the UK and co-owns Prince Tower Private Finance.

It also offers a ‘virtual office’ service to provide start-up companies with a prestigious address and meeting rooms.

Mr Dubov is a keen golfer. CSI and WFB jointly bought shares in PowerPlay Golf Holding recently.
