Ashley Harris has agreed a new two-year deal at Pompey.
The Blues have secured the future of one of their brightest young prospects.
Harris made the breakthrough into the first-team set-up under Michael Appleton last season.
The 18-year-old made five appearances towards the end of the campaign, and showed he has the potential to be a big part of the club’s future.
The Purbrook ace’s contract now carries him through to 2014.
Pompey boss Appleton has already made it clear Harris has a big role to play in the first-team set-up in League One next season.
