Alan McLoughlin leads the celebrations after steering Pompey to the FA Cup semi-final.

The Irish midfielder grabbed the only goal of the game as the Blues edged Nottingham Forest 1-0 at Fratton Park on March 7, 1992.

When the final whistle sounded, a large number of the 25,402 fans inside Fratton Park invaded the pitch to celebrate the victory.

And the Pompey players were to join in after capping a memorable Cup run, which was cruelly ended in the last four after a penalty shootout defeat to Liverpool following a replay with the Merseyside giants.
