Have your say

Our budding young footballers were on the glory trail last weekend.

While our non-league sides were taking some early steps on the road to Wembley, the region’s budding talents were on Hampshire Cup duty.

And there was plenty of success to cheer about, too, as this picture of Pickwick Youth highlights.

Fleur De Lys Nelson, East Lodge Mustangs, Horndean Hawks and Clanfield all made progress at under-11 level.

But the star performers in that age group were East Lodge Hurricanes who blew Winsor Sports away 15-0.

Meanwhile, in the under-12s, Hurstwood Rangers were the big winners – with a 16-0 success over Wyvern.

Don’t miss the Sports Mail on Saturday for full reports and pictures from our youth football scene.
