Simply put, this is the best manager we have had for a VERY long time. Stick with it Appy, Pompey fans are trusting you, whatever happens off the park. All the very best for tomorrow. PUPPPU

Every cloud has a silver lining, With Portsmouth F.C. being under a large black cloud, MA is the great beam of light, trying to burst through. Keep up the great work in these troublesome times Michael. PUP

You kind of sense Appy is pleading not to be sacked. If that happened i think there would be a mass protest. He has been THE best appointment of this club since Harry. If the club sack him that would be a massive stab ion the back. 100% behind you Appy

Appy is a class act. He don't deserve all the off the field s8ite as our great fans don't. Keep with it Appy.

He is by far the most honest and sincere bloke in football at the moment. He was probably like a dog with 2 d1cks when he got this job, with CSI and their 5 year plan etc. But despite all what has gone on, he is focused on his job. Another person that has fallen for our club and what it represents maybe? I think he has the backing of all the playing staff too, so it seems we are all up for the fight. 10 point deduction right now would be good, would see us 4th from bottom with over 20 goals better goal difference on 3rd from bottom. Appy we are all behind you. What a bloke. PUP PPU

Lets not forget that it was David Lampitt who pursued the appointment of Michael Appleton. together they are our way forward with the support of a decent owner

Class act., Mr Appleton. Why is he the only one making statements? Where the hell is Lampitt & co? Does he still exist?

MA's one PFC employee who won't have a problem getting another job if we do cease to exist. We've got a some tough games ahead (assuming we're still around) and we need as many points as possible now to avoid relegation once we enter Administration again. Still, if we do survive in League 1 it's not the end of the world. If SFC can do it then Pompey definitely can! PUP PPU PTID

The best thing to have happened to this club off the pitch in a long while, hopefully his optimism will bare fruit and we will make it through this month. Looking forward to the game at the Weekend, let's see who passes fit enough to play! PUP
