Pompey receive High Court date confirmation
Pompey's legal team has received notice of where and when their High Court showdown with the taxman will take place.
HMRC has appealed against administrator Andrew Andronikou's proposed repayment plans.
It announced on July 15 it would be appealing Pompey's CVA, the company voluntary agreement, meaning the club's deal to pay back creditors 20p in the pound.
In its appeal HMRC said it was 'unfairly prejudiced' by the CVA.
It is also unhappy that football creditors are entitled to be repaid in full when a football club goes into administration while it only gets a portion.
The hearing in the chancery division of the High Court will take place in court 52 before Mr Justice Mann and get underway at 1030am tomorrow.
Last week Andronikou said the hearing could last up to a day and a half.
