It was an afternoon to remember for the Taunton-based group after they had taken the 32Red On The App Store Juvenile Hurdle with 5/2-shot Bidourey, who is trained by David Pipe.

But it was the 134-rated Theatrical Star who was the hero as he underlined his staying power with victory off top weight in the hands of Brendan Powell.

Brocade Racing’s Garth Broom said: ‘We always thought he was a stayer but this was the furthest he has gone. It was a true test.’
