Clattenburg dropped for Portsmouth clash

Mark Clattenburg has been banned from refereeing Portsmouth's Community Shield clash.
The County Durham official has been suspended pending enquiries into reports regarded his alleged debts.
The Football Association and referees' body Professional Game Match Officials Ltd have acted after allegations relating to debts of companies connected to him.
Clattenburg was set to take charge Sunday's season opener between the Blues and Manchester United and now been replaced by Peter Walton.
