JORDAN CROSS with the action as it happened from Upton Park.
West Ham 0 Pompey 1 FT

Pompey make three changes from the side who reached their first FA Cup final since 1939 on Saturday.
David Nugent comes in for a rare start as does Arnold Mvuemba. Pedro Mendes is in the centre of midfield as Kanu (rested), Lassana Diarra (hamstring) and Milan Baros (ankle) step down.

West Ham: Green, McCartney, Ferdinand, Spector Neill, Boa Morte, Parker Solano, Mullins, Ashdon, Zamora
Subs: Walker, Tomkins, Pantsil, Cole, Sears

Pompey: James, Hreidarsson, Distin, Campbell, Johnson, Kranjcar, Muntari, Diop, Mendes, Mvuemba
Subs: Begovic, Lauren, Davis, Hughes, Kanu

00: Pompey kick off.
02: Pompey win a free-kick. Muntari's drive is blocked by Boa Morte.
03: Ashton nearly bundles through but Distin and Campbell combine to clear.
05: Some West Ham pressure through Zamora and Boa Morte is dealt with at the first attempt but then the Portuguese wide man gets a shot of from the edge of the box which is gathered by James.
07: Diop's shot is deflected for a corner, which is cleared.
09: Alert defending from Distin denies the marauding Solano.
09: Zamora breaks clear to the byline and cuts back dangerously across goal, but fortunately it is Hreidarsson who is there to avert the danger and not a claret and blue shirt.
16: James has to make an outstanding clearance, charging from his box to deny Ashton bravely from a long ball over the top with his head.
17: West Ham so nearly have the lead as Zamora skips around James but can't steer his shot into the open goal from a tight angle.
24: A clever flick from Mendes frees Nugent in space 20 yards out but his thump smashes into the stansion.
26: More backs to the wall defending from Pompey as Campbell throws his body on the line to deny Zamora.
32: Kranjcar produces a typically positive run from drives wide from the edge of the box.
35: Some quick interchanging from Pompey ends with Mendes guiding a shot into the arms of Green from 25 yards.
40: Diop fires at Green from 25 yards, Muntari follows up by driving and firing wide.
43: Johnson cuts inside and his shot is deflected for a corner.
44: Ashton hits a rasping drive from 25 yards which James pushes around the post.
45: Solano's free-kick is deflected for a corner which is dealt with.
Half-time West Ham 0 Pompey 0

46: West Ham restart the game.
47: Distin has to head Ashton's cross behind for a corner, which is cleared.
51: An important tackle from Johnson denies Boa Morte.
53: A period of Pompey passing ends with Kranjcar firing at Green. The Croat then so nearly opens the scoring from the edge of the box after being teed up by Nugent.
56: It's better stuff from the visitors and more bright stuff ends with Johnson bending a shot wide from the apex of the box.
58: Sears replaces Zamora after Johnson again fires over from the edge of the box.
GOAL!61: Pompey's bright start to the second-half is rewarded as Kranjcar opens the scoring. The Croat receives Muntari's ball, swivels and fires a shot with no backlift past Green from 20 yards.
73: Kanu replaces Nugent. Cole replaces Mullins.
77: Cole evades Johnson but a group of blues shirts defend his prod across goal.
79: James makes a hash of clearance and Sears nearly profits but the ball rolls out of play.
83: Hughes replaces Mendes. Pantsil replaces Solano.
Full-time: West Ham 0 Pompey 1.

Today's Vote

How will Pompey fare against Cardiff in the FA Cup final?
Pompey are too good for them. We will win at a canter!
It will be tight, but Harry's boys will just nick it.
Cardiff will break Blues hearts and destroy the Cup dream!
It will go to the lottery of penalties and then it's anybody's guess!
