Mrs L Slee,

I would like to say that after many years of having the luxury of a car,due to unforseen circumstances I am now forced to use public transport, mainly buses.
I have found this to be very stressful,as on many an occasion I and many other irate passengers have been left waiting for buses that simply dont arrive.
Also on many an occasion they will not take a banknote so I havent been able to get on at all.
I think the service we get here for public transport is disgusting.
Unless someone gets their act together people will shy away from using the service because,A:they cant trust it and B:It is too expensive.

First bus and their train-friends First 'Great' Western are terrible, I simply refuse to use them.
