City has the drive to succeed

PORTSMOUTH has been named as one of most car-friendly places in Britain.
The city came eighth in a survey of the UK's 50 biggest towns and cities. They were rated on petrol and parking prices, car parks and crime.
Portsmouth used to have a high rate of car crime, but a News-backed police campaign called Operation Cobra saw figures plummet.
Telford overtook Dundee for top spot in a poll by Virgin Money Car Insurance. Northampton came bottom.
Virgin Money's Scott Mowbray said: 'No town or city is perfect, but there are pockets of the country still suitable for a Sunday drive.'
