A TRAIN operator is campaigning to get passengers to behave and consider others when travelling on its trains.
Southern Railway – which operate services across parts of West Sussex – is sending out leaflets and posters to this effect.

The move follows complaints from customers about loud music coming from personal MP3 players and the use by some passengers of foul and abusive language.

Southern's service quality manager Tracey Hawley-Wright said: 'Anti-social behaviour on trains and at stations is a constant annoyance to passengers.

'We hope this campaign will make people think about the effects their actions have on fellow passengers, and change them accordingly.'
