Have your say

With all our clubs’ attention on the Easter weekender, it has left this week’s events a little bit thin on the ground.

Rest assured, though. There are plenty of regular nights to keep you busy and prepare you for the alcohol fuelled, groove infested Easter egg hunt.

The club night that sees some of the best DJs in Portsmouth guest mix is back tomorrow night as the Champagne Justice DJs invade The Wolf Cub Club at the Edge of the Wedge.

They have a record bag full of the best alternative and indie tunes from now and yesteryear to present to you via some serious bass bins.

From Foo Fighters to Friendly Fires and The Kinks to Chromeo it’s the place to be for fans of the scene.

The night runs from 9pm until 2am and entry is completely free.

Club 8 holds another episode of Funk’d & Blush’d tomorrow night.

The club will be expertly dissected by two of the best DJs on the walk.

Bar 8 will feature Mike Money playing the best in commercial, indie, dance, pop, rock and all the best anthems.

While Club 8 will be controlled by the popular J-Fresh from Fire Radio.

He’ll have his fingers all over a mix of R ’n’ B, hip hop, grime, funk, dancehall and everything urban.

If it’s your birthday or you fancy becoming a VIP for the night, contact stuart@club-8.co.uk.

Liquid and Envy is back on Monday night with its student-targeted night, Liquid Rocks. If you are looking for a rocking night to remember before you head home for Easter, this could be for you.

Music is catered for all with room one featuring electro, dub step, drum ’n’ bass, urban, bangers and student anthems.

While room two serves up retro, 1980s electro, ’90s anthems and all things big in pop.

All this plus some great drink deals to match. Jager Bombs are £2 and double vodka and Kick is just £3.

The night runs from 10pm until 2.30am and standard entry is £3.60.
