Have your say

It’s half term. Not only does this mark the end of those horrible exams, but it normally means our clubs are going to be putting on some awesome nights for you to celebrate.

First off is a treat for all you school and college goers.

If you’re under 18 and feeling a bit glum about not being able to mark the end of those mocks, fear no more because UK Club Culture are back with one of the best teenage clubbing experiences out there.

They are presenting Portsmouth’s biggest under 18’s party at Liquid and they have got one of Liquid’s finest DJs to make sure you’ll dance until your feet cant take any more.

DJ Jazz Black will be playing chart, r’n’b, hip-hop, dubstep and drum’n’bass anthems all night.

Tickets cost £10 and include free soft drinks and a free cloakroom. Get online at liquidclubs.com/portsmouth and get 25 per cent off admission. The night runs from 7pm until 11pm.

Respected organisers Rough Hill are controlling things down at Tiger Tiger on Monday night as they put on end-of-exams special Vodka Island.

Get there early at 5pm to enjoy the Happy ‘Hour’ – 50 per cent off absolutely everything until 9pm.

You can’t argue at that.

They will have three rooms.

Flashback to the 1970s and 80s complete with classic disco dance floor with Groovy Wonderland.

Plus Owen Baxter will be in the Tiger Bar pumping out the best r’n’b with a smattering of hip-hop classics.

Finally, the Club is the place to be if you want up-to-date chart and indie all provided by DJ Will B.

All that for just £4. Where else can you club in three rooms until 3am for that price?

Queue jumps are available from vodkaisland.co.uk.

If you’re not exhausted after all that, then head down to the Kraken Wakes on Tuesday and get down with the latest concrete sounds with Foamo.

Up-and-coming DJ Foamo always brings a party with him and the sounds to match.

Last year was a big year for Foamo and 2011 looks like its going to bring a lot more for the 22-year-old.

Big tunes to listen out for are Rockerman and his remix of La Roux’s Bulletproof.

Support comes from the busy Krywolf and the Concrete DJs.

The night will run from 9pm until 2am and entry will set you back £5.
