Have your say

You may remember the night last year when a classic children’s TV presenter DJd to a packed Wedgewood Rooms.

Well, Pat Sharp managed to sell out It’s a Sin on that particular occasion and, due to its success, Spikey Mark and DJ Lemon are bringing a CBBC legend to the popular event tonight.

Bodacious bundle of energy Dave Benson Phillips of Get Your Own Back fame will be DJing live to headline It’s a Sin.

Expect the usual retro tunes from Spikey and Lem as well as cheesy pop and party anthems. Hipshaker will be in the second room with all the best soul and funk tunes of yesteryear.

Doors open at 11pm and entry costs just £3 on the door.

Meanwhile, tomorrow night, Pure are putting on a special version of I Love Pure Saturdays just for Father’s Day. If you can turn up to the doors of Pure accompanied by your Dad, you will get in for free.

Pure are mad for your music requests so, make it your priority to get them in when you get to the venue. They like anything house, commercial, r ‘n’ b, dance and pop.

If you can’t manage to persuade your Father to get out of his armchair at 11pm at night then entry, for you, will be £2 on the door.

I’ll be at Tiger Tiger’s Big Saturday Night Out tomorrow night for my best friend’s stag do so. Be nice and tell me where else I should be partying.
