Have your say

Last week I mentioned a night to helped you start your weekend that little bit earlier.

This week I’m going to continue the theme with another massive Thursday night out for the ultimate long weekend.

Head on down to Drift Bar in Southsea for BTMHVY. This new night is for anybody wanting a super mix of dubstep and drum ‘n’ bass. Hosted by Spitfire and expertly mixed up by A.R.F Towa and DJ Mole, this night promises to be a good one.

Cheap drinks and student discount is promised. Entry is £3 before 11pm and £4 thereafter. Doors open at 9pm and the night runs until 3am.

Tonight, it’s time to usher in the weekend with Oceana’s massive Friday night party, Friday Escape.

They’ll be bringing you top tunes, great drink offers and super and simple party atmosphere.

Entry is £5 online and on the door.

Pure are introducing a new night this week. I Love Pure Saturdays is set to be their flagship night and promises to be great.

They’ll be playing the best in r ‘n’ b, commercial, house and dance and they want your requests too. This is a simple ‘get on the floor and dance’ club night. No gimmicks, just the best music for you to cut shapes too.

Be sure to pick-up your I Love Pure key ring, which will entitle you to £2 entry, any time on Friday nights and £3 entry, any time on Saturday nights.

Admission is £2 with a flyer from the Pure team or £3 with your new key ring.

Finally, whether you want to recover from Saturday night with a roast dinner or warm-up your grey matter before Monday morning, head to The Registry for their famous quiz on Sunday at 6pm. Entry is £1 and great prizes are up for grabs.
