This week great things come to the South Coast with special guests aplenty.

Liquid present a new weekly club tonight that promises a new-rave party vibe. The launch of Love 2 is, hopefully, going to be the cheapest night on the Liquid roster with drink deals and £2 admission all night.

If that wasn’t a good enough reason, helping to get the party started will be TOWIE star Joey Essex. The tangerine man with a magnificent bouffant was introduced in the second series of the not-so-fly-on-the-wall reality show as the cousin of Chloe Simms and will be there all night making Love 2 the place to be ‘reem’.

The night starts at 10pm.

Head upstairs to Envy and you’ll be able to enjoy a very special edition of Waster. DJ Will Chump has managed to pull in Apollo 440 Sound System to pump out their big beat techno live.

Since 1990, Apollo 440 have written and produced five albums, collaborated with and produced other artists, remixed as their ambient alter ego Stealth Sonic Orchestra, and created music for film and TV. Their Remixes ranged from U2 in the early 1990s to Puff Daddy/Jimmy Page, the Offspring and Ennio Morricone a decade later. It was Apollo 440’s version of Puretone’s Addicted To Bass, which became the huge hit in 2002.

Support comes from Balboa, currently one of the hottest producers in the UK who found fame last year with the truly sickening Stephen Hawkins Vs. Dubstep track.

Amazingly, entry is free before 11pm and £3 after.

Oceana’s version of Fuzzy Logic has been very popular recently. This week’s instalment could well be the best yet.

The night of mayhem, games, cheap drinks and some of the best music around will be topped off on Wednesday by the multi-talented DJ and presenter Edith Bowman.

Expect one of the most eclectic mash up’s you’ve ever heard with, maybe some Editors thrown in there in respect of her husband Tom Smith.

This is set to be a very popular night, so getting there early is advised.

Entry on the door is £6 but you can save £1.50 by ordering online at oceanaclubs.com/Southampton. The night starts at 10.30pm.
