Immerse yourself in a world of troll kings, mermaid queens and deep-sea diving super heroes this weekend with Pop-up Flashback.

Part of The Spring Arts and Heritage Centre’s programme of arts opportunities in the community, Pop-up Flashback is a family theatre show with poetry and giant pop-up books.

It is written and performed by poet Joseph Coelho, who earlier this year won the prestigious CLiPPA Children’s Poetry Award.

Although aimed at children aged 5 and above, everyone will have fun with the story’s narrator – Sebastian – in this heartwarming adventure about complicated families and growing up.

Jemma Corbin, The Spring’s outreach manager says: ‘Pop-up Flashback is a fun and friendly show for families who might be new to theatre.’

You can see the show today at Emsworth Community Centre at 4.30pm, or tomorrow at 11.30am or 2.30pm at The Spring, Havant.

Adult tickets are £5 and child tickets are £3.
