Big festival is set to have a stellar line-up

THE Big Weekend festival runs from 1pm to midnight on Saturday and from 2pm to midnight on Sunday. Doors open at midday on Saturday.

Entry is £5 for one day or £9 for both, children under 10 go free.

On Saturday, the festival will feature musicians Megan Linford, Kelvin Jones, New & Evans, Dillon, The Scandal, Sykes, the Monkey Butlars, Marley Blandford, the Folsom, Paddy Taylor, Heronshaw, Decaders, Remedysounds and the Slick Minded Individuals.

On Sunday there will be Lyndsey Lang, Tuci, the Explorers, Secret Smile, Fugitive Orchestra, Beth Oliver Band, Aviv, Oakley Cheung, Nathalie Gunn, Jerry Williams, Smiley Campbell Band, Offbeat Offensive and the Southsea Alternative Choir.

The performances will also be broadcast on the internet at thursdaymusic.co.uk.
