ROCK fans have been asked to help fight food waste and food poverty.

Feeder have teamed up with Kerrang! Radio on a food-drop initiative while the band are touring to promote their new album, All Bright Electric. The tour hits The Pyramids in Southsea for a sold out show tomorrow.

Fans are asked to bring along non-perishable food items which willl then get distributed to local food banks.

Frontman Grant Nicholas said: ‘If you’re coming to our show, please bring something with you – dried pasta, UHT milk, anything in a tin – we want stuff that will last, and it will be most appreciated.’
