Feeder’s new single is out today - and is sure to get an airing at Portsmouth Guildhall tomorrow night.

The band released their eighth album, Generation Freakshow, earlier this year.

It takes the heavier elements of Grant Nicholas and Taka Hirose’s previous album, Renegades, and marries it to the anthemic rock of their much-loved hits.

Over more than 20 years, they have racked-up more than 25 hit singles, sold in excess of five million records, and released a double platinum singles collection. They played at the Isle of Wight Festival this year too.

Their new single, Borders, is out today and there will be a gift-wrapped double-vinyl package of Generation Freakshow and Renegades available for Christmas that even comes with a card signed by the band.

What’s more, they’re taking to the road for a five-date tour and heading to Portsmouth Guildhall tomorrow with support from The Boy Royals and The Virginmarys from 7pm.

Tickets cost £20 from (023) 9282 4355.
