The National Youth Jazz Orchestra kicked off 2015, its 50th anniversary year, with three nights at the prestigious Ronnie Scott’s club in London.

And on Wednesday they will be coming to Portsmouth Guildhall, doors 7pm. Featuring the cream of the country’s best young jazz musicians, they will play classics from the big band canon and great American songbook, contemporary works and originals by band members.

Doors open 7pm. Tickets £5. Limited bursaries are available to schools at £1 per ticket, contact boxoffice@portsmouthguildhall.org.uk
