A SONG released to mark the anniversary of a charity will feature at this weekend’s Victorious Festival.
Singer Jo Brazier, under the name AnnaJo, has recorded a song called Breathe With Me to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. It is the result of a six-month project by a team of people known as Together We Fight, inspired by a lyric in the song.
The aim of the project is to increase awareness of cystic fibrosis, a condition that attacks the lungs and affects breathing. The music extravaganza on Southsea Common over Saturday and Sunday will be backing the cause by playing a video made for the song on a big screen.
Posters with electronic links to the Breathe With Me website will also be displayed at the event, being headlined by Dizzee Rascal and Sophie Ellis-Bextor.
