Campers are arriving at the Isle of Wight Festival in their droves to enjoy a weekend of musical fun.
Thousands are expected to travel to the island this weekend for the annual event’s 18th outing.
Welsh headliners Stereophonics will take to the main stage tonight at 8:50pm, before electronic outfit Faithless appear at 10:40pm.
The Who and Queen, joined by singer Adam Lambert, will play sets on Saturday and Sunday evening.
Friends Chris Burrows and Chris Hobbs made the journey across the Solent to the Isle of Wight from Portsmouth this morning.
‘I’m really looking forward to Faithless and Stereophonics tonight, it’s going to be wicked’, said Mr Hobbs.
Mr Burrows added: ‘The atmosphere is going to be incredible and we’ve got lovely weather - you couldn’t beat it.’
