Have your say

After celebrating St Patrick’s Day recently, the Irish theme continued with the Essence of Ireland at The Kings.

I was expecting plenty of Irish dancing and music, but what I got was so much more. A great story that tells us of love and happiness and how emigration puts that all at risk for the couple we follow.

This is all told through 60 years using narration, song and dance.

The cast were faultless. Ged Graham, as the narrator, particularly stood out with his vocal talents.

Richard Hancock and Samantha Fisher, the principal dancers, blew me away along with the rest of the company.

The Essence of Ireland was a fantastic evening of Irish celebration.

It kept my foot tapping and my hands clapping and I fully recommend you see this spectacular entertainment.
