Many of the original Rubettes hit makers, including original vocalist and guitarist John Richardson and Mick Clarke, as well as Alan Williamson. will be touring the UK for only the second time since they first took the world by storm when their number one hit Sugar Baby Love topped the charts, selling over 10 million copies.

With the continuing demise of ’60s and ’70s pop heroes, this is a chance not to be missed. Pop history waits for no person and ‘tributes’ aside, there really is nothing like the real thing. The upcoming ‘An Evening With’ Tour visits 20 theatre venues and promises something entirely different to a usual concert experience.
