A fiddle, a singer, and a song called The Size Of A Cow. It can only mean one thing.

Miles not only sings in this performance but takes you through some of his stories from life on the road and anecdotes from his times with the 1990s band, all accompanied, of course, by Erica on the fiddle.

The Wonder Stuff originally formed in 1986, and were best known for their number one single with Vic Reeves, Dizzy, and all-time favourite, The Size Of A Cow.

The group split in 1994, but the year 2000 saw them reform. Since doing so, the band have played seven festivals, including Glastonbury and Guildfest as well as having two UK tours.

Miles and Erica have also recorded three albums together since 2007 and their latest album, Not An Exit, has been described as Miles’ best work yet.

Last February saw their last Cellars visit, which featured a set including Caught In My Shadow, Circle/Square and Here Comes Everyone, all of which left the crowd wanting more from the duetting pair.

After the success of that performance last year The Cellars crowd are looking forward to their return tonight.

The show will see Erica play the violin for The Wonder Stuff’s hits, even on songs that did not originally feature a fiddle, giving the songs a folk twist. Alongside Miles and Erica, Guide Award winner Dirty Sky Jones will be taking to the stage in support.
