THE Kings Theatre has revealed two of the stars who will be taking part in this year’s pantomime.

Sleeping Beauty will be on at The Kings Theatre, in
Albert Road, Southsea, in December.

It will see the return of Australian Home and Away soap actor Lynne McGranger, who will play the wicked fairy godmother Carabosse.

And hoping to cook up a treat will be New Apollo Theatre Company co-founder, and more recently Come Dine With Me star, Christopher Marlowe.

Christopher is a pantomime veteran, having appeared in 24 shows.

He is set to play Queen Gertie the Gorgeous – Sleeping Beauty’s mother.

Christopher is a familiar face at the Kings, having performed numerous times with New Apollo Theatre Company, as well filming part of his Come Dine With Me, episode on stage at the Kings.

Sleeping Beauty runs from Wednesday, December 11, to Sunday, January 5, 2014.
