One man will go in search of adventure tonight at The Spring, Havant as Black Fish presents Alaska, a tale of great frontiers in a modern world. And a free ticket for a friend is included with every ticket purchased.
Plummeting temperatures, technical disasters and a severe lack of practical skills soon plunges the hero into a nightmarish world of extreme survival, haunted by all things dead and alive.
He follows in the footsteps of Bear Grylls and Ray Mears, and the production uses film, firelight, shadows and a host of forest wildlife to transport the audience and the hero into the unknown.
Giles King and Craig Johnson star in Alaska, while Simon Harvey is the director and Carl Grose the writer.
The production was created by Black Fish and makin projects, which was created in September 2005 to work with theatre companies of all sizes to produce accessible work.
Tickets cost £11.25 to £12.50 from The Spring, Havant on (023) 9247 2700 or go to thespring.co.uk
