The Point in Eastleigh have teamed up with Stopgap Dance Company to offer short training course for dancers and teachers interested in working with dancers of all abilities.

Stopgap is an internationally-renowned dance company that works with disabled and non-disabled artists and will teach a range of techniques and ideas.

The Point manager Vicki Hargreaves says: ‘This course aims to equip dance practitioners with the skills to develop inclusive practise in their own dance settings, from community groups to schools and colleges.’

The workshops are on Friday, February 20, 1pm to 5pm and Saturday, February 21, 10am to 4pm
