PRIOR: Does anyone know or knew a Mr Ronald Prior, ex-Chief Petty Officer British Royal Navy, who was stationed in Portsmouth/Gosport in 1944-1945?
He originally came from Doncaster.
Even if someone knows of his death/passing I would appreciate a call.

WOODWARD: Descendants of Muriel E Woodward (nee Cox) and Gaylor Wood
ward. Please, can anyone help find our missing relatives? They are the children of Gaylor and Muriel Woodward (nee Cox). There were two daughters, Jennifer A S Woodward b1955 and Wendy J C Woodward b1957. We believe they were living in the Buddens Park, Wickham, and Droxford area.
Jennifer A S Woodward married Rex J Fazackarley in 1977.
Wendy J C Woodward married Barry M Biles in 1978.
Their mother, Muriel died in 1981, registration district of Droxford.
One thing that may perhaps jog people's memories of Muriel and family is that one of Muriel's brothers – Claude Cox – was a dwarf and used to travel from Park Gate to Buddens Park, Wickham, to visit his sister, so someone may remember seeing him out and about.
Does anyone know what happened to Jennifer and Wendy?
It would be great to find them as we have a lot of information to share with them in respect of the Cox family; we even have a picture of their mum when she was a toddler.

ROYAL NAVY: The Royal Naval Electrical Branch Association is the association to join if any News readers served in the Electrical Branch of the Royal Navy at any time.
At a very recent reunion there was much talk of old pals and old ship and messmates. Friendships started on the courses at the Royal Navy Radio, Radar and Electrical Training Establishment HMS Collingwood at Fareham and a lot of the members would like to renew those lost friendships.See our magnificent website at RNEBA.org.uk or you can also write/e-mail me for details.

ARMY: We are researching the soldiers of the 14th & 15th Hampshire Regiments from the First World War and would be pleased to hear from any families who had relatives that served in either the 14th or 15th Battalions and could give us any information of these men – a lot of whom came from the Portsmouth area.
