‘So people, for very reasonable rates, can get a little bouquet delivered.
‘I just wanted to bring a bit of joy to people in these unprecedented times.’
With prices starting at as little as £5 a posy, Caroline markets herself as a bespoke and affordable florist.

The 53-year-old said: ‘I am also passionate about recycling and turn everyday household items into beautiful containers.
‘I can turn an old Kenco coffee jar into a really nice vase. It’s very environmentally friendly.
‘I am passionate about flowers and succulents and my aim is to be able to offer an affordable flower delivery service.’

Caroline’s sensory posies include items that please the senses, such as little bells, strongly scented flowers, and textures such as a bumpy pot.
After having a second request for sensory posies, Caroline hopes to do more in this area.
‘We could do something with fairy lights,’ she said.
At the moment, Caroline is doing a posy range called the dot range. These posies come in recycled mason jars decorated with dotty ribbons of various colours.
