Dynamic duo set creative sights on Portsmouth area
Setting up a satellite link between 10 Downing Street and The White House or creating a live simulation of an international crisis for global disease prevention are all in a day’s work for Dom Garner and Martin Richardson.
The pair have a combined 40 years’ experience and these two very different characters are coming up with ‘creative solutions’ for business objectives with their company, Ten Thousand Hours.

The pair recognise a strong, creative undercurrent in Southsea and Portsmouth. They’re very interested in driving big clients to the area to grow our own talent and agency. Martin continued: ‘We want to Portsmouth as relevant as London for business. We’re going to betransparent and work with local businesses to make this one big collaboration.’ Thepair have set up shop in Portsmouth and have their hearts and heads set on making their mark.
Martin and Dom both have experience in creative and project management, having led projects for Chanel, Skype, Virgin and the London 2012 Olympics. The pair decided to merge their expertise and set up their own firm. Ten Thousand Hours are set to run live events and experiences for anything from small companies to big national brands.
Dom and Martin have both built successful careers in the live events industry and want to create opportunities for talent, with a passion for sensational delivery, from Portsmouth and the surrounding areas to grow as part of a forward thinking agency.
